Revert the "add libgcc to RDEPENDS" part of r62. OpenEmbedded has added libgcc to glibc's RDEPENDS since rev d8ca7c9582946cb5d871bb08cc67c3739e85b1c2 (on April 4), so it is no longer required here.

(Note that this does mean that anyone using this rev or newer in SVN may have to update OE. Follow the Makefile's "mtn pull" / "mtn checkout" procedure. Or, do the pull from the Makefile and then "mtn update" from within the org.openembedded.dev tree, if you've checked it out once already.)
